I'm Amy Brookshire, a Coldwell Banker Lenhart Global Luxury® agent based in Longview, helping buyers find home across East Texas and the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
My path to real estate started with a personal love of houses themselves. After moving home to Longview, I spent several years buying, renovating, and reselling properties and discovered nothing quite matches the moment a thoughtfully transformed home meets the right buyer. That hands-on experience shapes how I work today: I notice the details that make a house feel like home, and I know what's worth the investment and what isn't.
Before real estate, my career took me from my family's business, Brookshire Grocery Company, to a development role at Trinity School of Texas (where I'm proud to be a high school alum), to five formative years in New York City as the personal assistant to a well-known actress. Each chapter taught me how to listen carefully, solve problems creatively, and serve people whose time and trust matter. Those skills shape how I show up for clients today; listening, problem-solving, and advocating with care.
As a Coldwell Banker Lenhart Realtor and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, I bring a luxury-grade marketing and service standard to every transaction, at any price point. I hold memberships in the Longview Area, Greater Tyler, and Metrotex (Dallas) Associations of Realtors, along with the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, so whether you're searching in East Texas or the Metroplex, I'm credentialed and connected to guide you.
When I'm not with clients, you'll find me entertaining at home with friends and family, traveling somewhere new, or cheering on the TCU Horned Frogs!
If you're thinking about buying in East Texas or the Dallas area, I'd love to help. Reach out anytime.
